MISSION

World Co-op's mission is to accelerate trade and replace the conventional
methods of direct financial aid with that of opportunity in Africa by
providing both Ugandan and Rwandan entrepreneurs of high-demand,
sustainable products with a global distribution network and 10%
reinvestment in their country's business development plan .

OBJECTIVES

World Co-op plans to achieve its mission through the development and
establishment of the following regional objectives:

o Providing both Ugandan and Rwandan entrepreneurs of handicraft items
with a steady,predictable pipeline of orders and delivering the products to
a socially-conscious market that cares where and how things are made

oEstablishing partnerships with organizations and handicraft cooperatives
in Africa who are dedicated in improving the quality of life for the working
mothers and children in those businesses, and to create a thriving country
by investing 10% of each product sold back into training
(entrepreneurship, financial literacy, saving and investing) and
infrastructure (daycare, improving working conditions) needed to fuel
entrepreneurship.

o Pattern our efforts into a model that can be repeated throughout the
continent of Africa and by doing this, supplement the use of charity and
systematic aid from foreign countries.
